Job Descriptions & Tasks
Sales Representative: Needs to have a minimum of 24 months of experience in the erosion control industry.
Tasks: Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts (Developers, Builders, Contractors, etc.) by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Receptionist: We are looking for an experienced Receptionist. The receptionist will take care of customers when they come to our office and also answer the multi-line phone, faxing and assist the manager and sales representatives when needed.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management.
Crew Leader/Driver: Needs to have a minimum of 24 months of experience in the erosion control industry. He/she needs to be able to operate different types of machinery such as a Bobcat, Ditch Witch, etc. and also be able to manage a crew of 4 to 5 laborers. The crew Leader/Driver will also be required to do the installation of silt fencing and other erosion control materials if needed. Installation Laborer: Needs to have a minimum of 12 months of experience in the erosion control industry. will be required to do silt fencing installation as well as installations of other erosion control materials and products. Such as straw matting, hydroseeding, etc.
